Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the website and pre-booking services operated by XGo Rentals Orlando LLC (“XGo”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. The actual rental of a vehicle is governed by a separate signed Rental Agreement.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle (additional fees may apply for 21–24).
• You must hold a valid driver's license; international visitors may use a valid foreign license.
• A valid credit card in the driver's name is required at pick-up for the deposit.

2. Inquiries are not bookings

The “Find Your Car”, “Book Now” and contact forms submit an inquiry. A reservation is only confirmed once XGo issues a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) and the Rental Agreement is signed.

3. Pricing and fees

Quoted rates are estimates and may change based on availability, taxes, surcharges, insurance options, mileage, fuel policy and additional drivers. The Rental Agreement prevails for the final price.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation policies are stated in the rental confirmation. Default policy: free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.

5. Acceptable use of the website

• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated submission of forms.
• No unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
• You may not impersonate another person.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, trademarks and logos are owned by XGo Rentals Orlando LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XGo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under U.S. or Brazilian law.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be brought before the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted and require re-acceptance on form submissions.
