This Privacy Policy explains how XGo Rentals Orlando LLC (“XGo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you visit our website, contact us via WhatsApp, or rent a vehicle from us. We comply with applicable U.S. federal and Florida state laws — including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act — and, where applicable to visitors from Brazil, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD / Law 13.709/2018).

1. Information we collect

• Identity & contact data: name, email, phone number, country of residence.
• Booking inquiry data: pick-up location, dates and times, vehicle category of interest, messages.
• Device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited (via cookies — see Cookie Policy).
• Communications: messages exchanged with us via the contact form, WhatsApp or email.

2. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide rental quotes.
• To process and manage reservations, deliveries and customer service.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud, identity verification).
• With your consent, to send marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
• To improve the website, prevent fraud and ensure security.

3. Legal basis (LGPD)

If you are located in Brazil, we process personal data based on: (a) consent, (b) execution of a contract or pre-contractual procedures at your request, (c) compliance with legal obligations, and (d) our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Sharing

We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the FDBR. We share information only with: service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, payments, messaging), insurance partners, and government authorities when legally required. 6. Communications consent (TCPA)

By submitting a booking or contact form and checking the consent box, you expressly agree to receive transactional and informational messages from XGo via WhatsApp, SMS or phone at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Data retention

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months, rental contracts for 5 years (Florida tax and liability requirements), and consent records for the duration required by applicable law. Backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, row-level security in our database, role-based access). No system is 100% secure; we will notify you and the relevant authorities of any incident as required by law.

9. Children

The website is not directed to children under 13 (U.S.) / 12 (BR). We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be flagged on the site and require a new acceptance when interacting with forms.
